All registration fees and donations go directly toward supporting the summit including meals, materials, space, programming, etc.
Health & Safety Policy
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we strongly advise you to not attend the summit if you are not feeling well or have had close contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days. We encourage you to test for COVID-19 at home, prior to attending. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend.
At the summit, we will offer a color-coded lanyard system for attendees to select their preferred level of contact with others and encourage everyone to respect and follow these community guidelines. There is an open area patio for meals with limited seating. The use of masks is encouraged. We will also have masks and rapid COVID-19 test kits available on site.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations canceled before October 9, 2025 will be eligible for an 75% refund excluding any expense incurred by the registration company and percentage that goes towards the conference. Registrations canceled after October 9, 2025, will not receive a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual. The invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
