REGISTRATION FEES
Vital Village Networks aims to make registration for the summit as accessible as possible, therefore the cost of registration is on an accessible scale. If your employer will cover the cost of your registration, please register using the “Full Summit True Cost” option.
The costs for students and Boston-based community champions remains low and is a commitment to attend given limited space capacity. If you would like to attend and the cost is prohibitive, please reach out to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations canceled before September 16, 2024 will be eligible for an 75% refund excluding any expense incurred by the registration company and percentage that goes towards the conference. Registrations canceled after September 16, 2024, will not receive a refund.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual, the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.

SUMMIT LOCATION
The 11th Annual Vital Village Networks National Community Leadership Summit will be held at Artists for Humanity in Boston, MA. Hotel rooms are available at The Aloft Boston Seaport District for a discounted rate until August 16, 2024.
GETTING TO THE SUMMIT LOCATION
Please view our About Page for detailed information on how to get to The Aloft Boston Seaport District from the airport, via the MBTA (Boston’s public transit system), or via Amtrak.
LANGUAGE AND ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
Simultaneous Spanish interpretation services will be available for the summit.
We are grateful to our Spanish language support partners who are working with us to ensure a meaningful summit program and experience!
If you require additional services or support to fully participate in the summit, please be sure to indicate this in your registration form or reach out to us.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we strongly advise you to not attend the summit if you are not feeling well or have had a close contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days. We encourage you to test for COVID-19 at home, prior to attending. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend.
At the summit, we will offer a color-coded lanyard system for attendees to select their preferred level of contact with others and encourage everyone to respect and follow these community guidelines. There is an open area patio for meals with limited seating. The use of masks is encouraged. We will also have masks and rapid COVID-19 test kits available on site.
